Ray has been an integral part of the movement to make Vancouver…Canada’s leading hotspot for innovation and technology. In 2012, Ray co-founded Launch Academy. Designed to provide an open and collaborative environment for early-stage entrepreneurs to share ideas, receive mentorship and grow. To date, Launch Academy has helped over 350 companies to collectively raise over $45 million, and created over 500 jobs in the local economy.
